Snap in insert for trainers. The snap pattern on the trainers is the same as the fitteds so you can also use the printed snake inserts for the Maximest size trainer.
 
6 layers of bamboo terry in the shortie length and snake lengths. Shorties are about 16.25" after being washed (very minimal shrinkage due to the fabric composition) and Snakes are slighted over 32" long. 
 
The width of the gusset between the legs on the inner AWJ section (not the pop out) on the trainers is the same size as the Maximest Flex pockets and covers which is about 6.25", this is the perfect amount of width to stuff with an insert that is about 5.25" wide with adequate room for multiple layers. This is for both Youth and Maximest Flex.
